Across all Apps, IV Digital LLC does not collect:

Contacts, calendar, messages, or call logs
Advertising identifiers for tracking

3. Data Stored on Your Device

Many of our Apps are built to operate offline. When you store images, text, or other data inside an App, that data remains on your device unless you choose to export or share it. We do not receive or store your App data on our servers.

4. App Permissions

Some Apps may request device permissions to function properly (for example: Camera or Storage access). Permissions are used only for their intended feature and never to harvest personal information.

Receipt Binder

Receipt Binder is an offline-first receipt scanning and organization App designed for contractors and small businesses.

Data the App Stores on Your Device

Receipt images you capture or import
Extracted OCR text (vendor, amounts, totals)
Categories, binders, and notes you create
PDFs you generate from your stored receipts

We do not upload or transmit these items to our servers.

Permissions Used

Camera: to scan and capture receipt images
Storage/Photos: to save and load receipts and PDFs

No Data Sales, No Tracking

No user profiling
No personalized advertising
No selling of personal information
No third-party analytics on receipt images

Exports

If you send or export files to third-party services (email, messaging, cloud storage), exported data is governed by that service’s privacy terms.

Data Removal

Uninstalling the App removes data stored on your device. We cannot restore data if the App is deleted.
